Return and Exchange
At Mecraft, we strive to ensure that every garment meets our standards of design, craftsmanship, and fit. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for processing.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the garment must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Show no signs of wear, stains, fragrance, or damage
- Be returned in its original condition and packaging
Mecraft reserves the right to inspect the returned garment before approving a refund or exchange.
If the garment does not meet the above conditions, the return request may be declined.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Size-related issues
- Damaged or defective products
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is no longer available in inventory, Mecraft may issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
If the returned product passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If the product originally purchased is no longer available for replacement, store credit may be issued.
5. Store Credit
Store credit may be issued in certain return or exchange scenarios where:
- The product is no longer available in inventory
- A replacement cannot be fulfilled
Store credit:
- Can be used for future purchases on the website
- May be combined with discount codes
- Is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
6. Limited Edition Products
Some Mecraft garments are released as limited edition collections and may not be reproduced once sold out.
Due to limited inventory, exchanges for such products may not always be possible. In such cases, store credit may be issued instead.
7. Return Shipping
For eligible return or exchange requests, reverse shipping will be arranged by Mecraft.
Our logistics partner will collect the product from the delivery address provided during the order.
8. Inspection & Processing
Once the returned product reaches our facility:
- The garment will undergo a quality inspection.
- If approved, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed accordingly.
Products that fail inspection may be returned back to the customer.
9. Manufacturing & Product Characteristics
All Mecraft garments are designed and developed in-house and produced in small batches with artisans.
Due to the nature of handcrafted and small-batch production, minor variations in texture, stitching, or finishing may occur. These variations are not considered defects but a natural part of the manufacturing process.
10. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please us the return option in the footer menu or your contact us with the following details:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return or Exchange
